You have had experiences of being indoors, protected from a storm outside. Similarly, while there may be “storms” in your life, there can be a deeper, inner level at which there is some feeling of well-being, even though that may have previously seemed hidden or unaccessible. I will show you a simple way to let go of negative thinking that is distorted, amplified, or otherwise untrue, and to shift to a body-felt sense of well-being.
